TERMS & CONDITIONS

PRICE:
Rates are calculated per day and are expressed in U.S. dollars. Each rental includes a daily mileage allowance of 350 kilometers. Additional kilometers are charged at a rate of USD 0.30 per kilometer.

To confirm your reservation, a deposit equal to 30% of the total rental cost is required. If the reservation is cancelled up to 30 days before the rental start date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. After that period, the deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid in full at the time the motorcycle is picked up.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A refundable security deposit of USD 2,000 is required for all models. This deposit covers any potential damage to the motorcycle during the rental period. If no damage is incurred, the full amount will be refunded upon return.

• Windshield

• Handguards

• Engine guard

• Top case

• Side panniers

• Lock

• Chain lubricant

• Tire repair kit

If you require any additional equipment, please request it at the time of booking. Additional items will be quoted separately.

REQUIREMENTS:
To rent a motorcycle from us, you must be over 25 years old and hold a valid motorcycle license for at least 3 years for the class of motorcycle you wish to rent. Your license from your country of origin is accepted by us and the local authorities. A valid form of identification must also be presented, and the rental agreement must be signed.

TERRITORIAL EXCLUSIONS:
It is strictly prohibited to take our motorcycles into Peru and/or Bolivia. Please note that our rentals are intended for touring and adventure riding—not for urban commuting in large cities.

DELIVERY & RETURN:
Motorcycles are picked up and returned in Buenos Aires. Depending on availability and the time of year, it may be possible to return the motorcycle in another Argentine city for an additional fee. All motorcycles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned in the same condition.

For travel to Chile, we will provide a free cross-border permit issued in the renter’s name. If you plan to enter other neighboring countries such as Uruguay, Paraguay, or Brazil, prior consultation is required as special permits may be necessary and may involve additional costs.

We strongly recommend that each customer bring their own helmet and riding gear for optimal comfort and safety. Please note that we do not rent riding apparel.
